Log into Windows as the AutoElevate "over the shoulder" account, without needing to know or store it's password. This includes automatic password rotation & auto-demotion of this user back to "Standard" after you have logged out. Authentication is done as a second-factor via the AE Notify mobile app, by scanning a QR code that is generated on the Windows machine. Allow the end-user the ability to optionally include an explanation for their elevation request.

Block processes from running, while allowing exceptions. (Ie. Block powershell.exe from being run by anything except your RMM tool). Will include all of the "Microsoft recommended block rules" out of the box.

The Agent’s Windows Event Logs are provided to give you visibility into what the AutoElevate Agent observes and how it operates on the system. They can be ingested by a SIEM or syslog service to better automate events happening within AutoElevate. Some of the events do contain but are not limited to the same information shown on the Admin Portal’s Events screen. The Admin Portal ‘Settings’ screen now has additional settings available and allows those settings to be applied in a granular way against the hierarchy of Computers/Locations/Companies/All Companies (Globally). So as an example, now you can change timer settings, customized dialog messages, displayed logos, & agent security settings, etc.. all the way down to the computer level instead of just at the Global level. This new functionality will make it easier to support co-managed or downstream IT environments, to dial in customizations for clients with unique circumstances, and to manage a wide variety of diverse clients all within a single tenant account.
