API Access

Much like AutoElevate Privileged management - the lack of an API to pull information from the system will prevent us from switching to this product. I have automated QBR reports that pull from our current DNS provider, it is a huge issue that this product cannot offer up anything in that way.

Thanks for the feedback, Kevin — we understand how important API access is for automated reporting, QBR workflows, and integrating DNS data into your existing systems.
While we don’t have new details to share yet on an open API, we are gathering requirements for planning. Understanding exactly what data you want to pull helps ensure we build the right endpoints.
Can you share the specific data points you need? The more detail you can provide, the better we can align API development with your reporting and automation needs.

Hey Owen - so right now using DNS Filter's API - we can offboard agents, clean up stale agents that have not checked in, view threats logged, domains searched, generate a PDF report. I am using things like this in our custom client portal and generating charts and graphs but it's overwhelming task to enumerate what properties I would need at a development level because unsure what your product would have.
