Bug Fixes

Fixes an issue where Blocker Events lost its checkmarks and collapsed the grid when returning from creating a rule.
Fixes saved grid views — views now restore correctly on the updated grids, and a view with an active filter now saves correctly.
Fixes an issue where ticket creation could block elevated session requests, so an elevation request is no longer held up by ticket-integration errors.
Fixes an Addigy integration setup error that could leave setup in a bad state and prevent enabling Mac support.
