We've started work on a native SuperOps integration so elevation requests and approvals can flow into SuperOps the same way they do for our other PSA integrations. We'll update this post as it progresses.

We're planning a native SuperOps integration so AutoElevate elevation requests and approvals can flow into SuperOps the same way they do for our other PSA and ticketing integrations. If you run SuperOps, let us know in the comments how you'd want requests mapped (ticket type, client matching, and what should happen on approval or denial).
