The Admin Portal ‘Settings’ screen now has additional settings available and allows those settings to be applied in a granular way against the hierarchy of Computers/Locations/Companies/All Companies (Globally).
So as an example, now you can change timer settings, customized dialog messages, displayed logos, & agent security settings, etc.. all the way down to the computer level instead of just at the Global level.
This new functionality will make it easier to support co-managed or downstream IT environments, to dial in customizations for clients with unique circumstances, and to manage a wide variety of diverse clients all within a single tenant account.
