Portal accounts for technicians who've left or no longer need access are a common audit finding. We're adding the ability for AutoElevate to automatically disable portal user accounts that haven't been used for a period of time. That way stale access gets cleaned up without a manual review, which helps with compliance frameworks that require account inactivity controls.
