Mandy Remke This has been marked as "Planned" for a year and a half but isn't listed as "In Progress". Are you actually actively working on this? Keeper has also been pursuing us for PAM and this is a feature they already have.

Mandy Remke that's ok. We just stopped rolling out your product to our clients and are actively researching alternatives that do have an API

I’m looking at other PAM options because this functionally is missing. The current billing workflow is a nightmare and is 100% manual. We have so much human error, specifically with AutoElevate. All we need is access to the data and we can build it ourselves. NinjaOne is building a PAM solution. You guys better pick it up….

This is a top priority feature for us, as you do not fully integrate with Halo for requests. We can build it out on our end if you implement this.

this would also allow us to pull / update our pricing via API. AE reconciliation is all a manual process right now, and sucks. we are constantly deploying more and more agents, and making sure we are getting paid for it is a chore. AE API IN Q1!!!!
