Allow modification of UAC prompt timer for off normal hours requests

It would be nice to be able to modify the time before the request window pops up, in our specific use case we have LAPS paired with AE and would like the ability to use that in off normal hours cases where members of our IT staff wouldn't normally be working.

Daniel Rivera in our case a global setting would be perfect. If I remember correctly, when someone cancels an admin prompt it still does the elevation request window so it would be a perfect solution to allow someone to either enter their LAPS password within the time frame OR submit an elevation request.
