Agent Dialog UI Update & Proper Branding
planned
Dave Sibiski
Revamp the agent dialog UI to better match Windows (especially Windows 11) and allow proper logo & color branding to the top of the dialogs so that branding does not need to be added to the content areas.
From original feature request:
"The agent could use a cosmetic realignment to reflect Windows. Currently the interface looks different enough from Windows that it feels unfinished, or separate from the operating system. I understand that this is separate, but, for us to establish a quality MSP offering, our tools should reflect our service. I feel, the position of text fields, icons, fonts, zoned areas, and buttons should align with what Windows has."

This is really important for us. As a new AE customer, the user password prompt dialog in particular has been a pain point during rollout. Dated interface aside, we believe it should only have a single field for entering the user's password (the current 2 fields for enter & confirm have led to confusion, with users thinking they were being prompted to set a new password), and AE should perform a credential test to verify the password entered is correct after clicking OK (rather than the current process of simply accepting the password and putting the user in a loop if it's entered incorrectly, with no feedback given to the user as to why authentication isn't working).
